No crafting writ quest board in Anvil?

Considering that Anvil is a rather sizable city, and has all crafting stations within a rather tight area near then entrance, I'm surprised that there doesn't seem to be a bulletin board to pick up the crafting writ quests. If there is one, please direct me to it, as I'm unable to find it. Further, is there a list of the locations for these bulletin boards throughout Tamriel? I know that they're generally found in larger cities, but I was wondering about a specific list of locations.
