Capturing the Flag Issue needs to be fix.

An issue needs to be fix about Magicka and Stamina Sorc. For capturing the flag when Morrowind come with 4v4v4. The issue is the Storm Calling Skill called Bolt Escape and Morph into Streak or Ball of Lightning. I think Capturing the Flag Should be on equal terms. For example when your in Cyrodiil you can see it that Sorc use that skill like eye candy just like nightblade with you know. But this is about Capturing the Flag just the Flag.

The problem is that 90% of the time Sorcerer is going to Streak fast with flag not if it is nerf to the comparison to scrolls like in Cyrodiil.0
