Cant play the game

I can login to my chars, i can see zonechat and other people around me (but they freeze really quick),cant use any skills or any attack and after 1 minute i get logged out.
I tried to deactivate all addons. its with all my 3 chars. 2 are in cyrodiil and 1 is in deshaan. it isnt my connection.
any idea what to do?
everything worked fine till today. i was playing yesterday and didnt had any problems.

neutronenstern✭✭✭i have the same issue on my 2nd account.
tried restarting the router, tried using vpn, nothing works. can login, but cant do anything ingame and i get kicked to login screen after 1 minute.
playing on windows 10.0
