The Golden is a vendor that appears every weekend in Cyrodiil with two different sets of jewelry and a monster set piece. You can buy the jewelry for 500K AP or 250 gold, and thr monster set piece for 200K AP (for impenetrable trait) or 100K gold (for infused trait). You never know what sets she may bring0 -

The monster sets are bound on pickup, but the jewelry can be sold I believe0 -

Some of the previous sets were necropotence, senche, salvation, worm cult, darkstride and syrabane. It can be anything really0
