Spent an hour on the new house quest

Spent an hour on the new house quest and once I was done dealing with the still broken GPS system (when are you going to fix that?), all I( could see of my house is this tiny, little, 2x3 section, this must be a bug. How can one justify spending money on this travesty?

I'm confused. You say you did a quest to get it, but then also say you had to spend money on it. It should be one or the other, not both. You do the quest to get a free inn room (which it sounds like you did since those are small), and if you want anything bigger you pay gold or crowns for it.

If you did the quest and then also had to pay (not counting the 34g or whatever you give the orc if you're not part of the thieves guild) that's definitely a bug and you should contact support to get your money refunded.

The free inn room is meant to show you the absolute basics: unlock the home interface, teach you how to obtain and place furniture. It can't be big enough to be a sufficient residence, otherwise half the playerbase wouldn't even be tempted to acquire any other house.
