Please make writ vouchers bankable

As the title suggest, please understand that some might have leveled the crafting skills on different alts and I, as an account owner I want to user all my writ vouchers.
If I get the vouchers on different toons, it's still me gaining them. To me it's still a limitation that I don't understand.
