I am currently a lvl 22 and iv just been playing the base game and the main quest line. Just recently bought all of the dlc content. Should I continue leveling in the base game content or go with some dlc. I guess ultimately it doesn't matter with one tamriel but just looking for suggestions. Iv had a account since launch but just recently started getting into the game.

Humble48✭✭If you're enjoying the story, I would say stick to the campaign that your in. If it's getting boring or you just want to something different, then I would suggest the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood DLCs. They are really fun and give you an awesome set of new skills that make the regular game even more enjoyable.

✭Depends on whether you're interested in progressing the more specialised aspects of the game (Thieve's Guild and Dark Brotherhood in particular, seeing as how each has a more-or-less dedicated DLC for it).
Since the entire game is now level-synced and since you're likely going to want to do all the PVE content in order to get anywhere near the CP cap of 600, then you'll find yourself going there eventually.
