Ysgramor Statue hovers above the ground when placed.

No matter where I place this statue it hovers above the ground. There is also no ability to move it further with the mouse wheel.
Please return the ability to move ALL items closer or away from you with the mouse wheel as lot of housing items cannot be placed properly because they simply stick to the ground or wall. I've noticed some furnishings are stuck in the floor as well (e.g., Broken Chain)
