I've just been given 1000 crowns, not sure how.

Contacted eso support, 1st reply i got from them was auto generated, replied via email and got the same reply back after a few hours. Alright so the story is i got eso plus a few days ago, i already had 350 crowns from a previous purchase so had 1850 in total. I spent 1000 crowns on xp scrolls to help level my new character and that left me with 850. I logged on yesterday and found that i now have 1850 crowns, why? Eso support can't seem to tell me. Nothing has come out my psn account or bank for the 1000 crowns. Don't get me wrong, im not complaining about free crowns but don't want to be punished for free crowns that i didn't pay for and don't want to spend them until i know how i got them. I'm on ps4 btw.

I completely forgot about that. I did enter but wouldn't i get an email of sorts telling me i won? Also when did they choose these 1000 winners?
