There is a recent change that clarifies and offers customers the ability to cancel, stop auto renewals and for some payments...stop immediately
In this, also confirm that your Xbox live gold is up to date
(Not saying it's probably not a ZOS issue, but hopefully it's something you can fix via Xbox.com)
If not, sorry I've been there and it's extremely frustrating to deal with ZOS support
