when viewing the support page it certainly has lots of support scenarios and helpful information so I asking is the support email address

ESO_Help@helpmail.elderscrollsonline.com OR is it something else as I remember clearly that it did have the word support in the email address

If you want to contact support you need to go to the support page (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com) then click the box on the right side which says "Web Assist" log in then you can file a support ticket.

there is no web assist on the website. it is nothing other than an infinite loop saying ask the forums or contact someone else
