Guildhall Duelling Arena! With minimal costs.

With so many people complaining how they have only a chair in their mansion, I wanted to show what can be achieved with minimal access to more premium furniture.
Me and my guild made this big arena in the garden of our guildhall for which we used mostly stuff from Home Goods Furnishers. The walls, for example, are from stone slabs each of those merchant sells and the wooden stage is made of platforms you can buy at the Rawl Kha furnisher.

We built the whole thing over again several times to optimize it, but we're pretty happy with the result for now. We expect that of course we will be adjusting a lot when we get our hands on more appropriate furniture.
So far I think we've spent about 25k on the arena (stone slabs only cost 100g each), with exception of the lighting and the throne, cause these were achievement furniture that sells for around 35k.

    If they haven't changed anything, knockback pushes players through walls, ruining dueling arenas.

    As of now the Garden (I placed quite a lot of trees and bushes) and the Arena take up 400 out of 600 slots, with the inside of the house being mostly empty. So that should leave enough room to decorate the inside. If not, I would be able to create another 100 free slots by removing plants, before I'd have to start eating away at the arena. So I think it's a reasonable amount of decorations for the arena.

    Funny thing is I built this arena while on my male dunmer character and we all know how haughty they are! It's quite fitting. Especially since I had the Duchess personality on, making him look extra vain! :wink:

    I plan on building an dueling platform rather than an arena over the water in earthtear ( if they ever release it) I plan on building a flat square stone arena. Supported over the lake by columns. My estimate that 100 stone blocks or slabs laid flat will create a massive arena to fight on. I think your crowd stand is impressive but I think I shall forgo building that because my theme is going to convert earthtear to an assassin guild hall and I don't think assassins get to many spectators. I'm going to build an awesome operations center in the giant entrance area where me and my guild can plan out our "hits" in pvp. I'm going to build a shrine to my night mother, I'm going to place a sword in the rock on the lake. Let's face it sword in the stone in the middle of the lake too good a chance to miss. I'm going to buy the large blue fire braziers and line the steps and sides of the paths. And right in the entrance of my home I'm going to line that little bridge pathway with tormented stone statues. Dark brotherhood banners will be around every pillar and entrance. And I might even build my own torture room. I can get the guillotine and the Iron Maiden's and racks and cages. Going to build a starving area in the back complete with crafting stations for nightblade gear. Night mothers gaze hunding rage and eternal hunt. As well as enchanting and alchemy stations. Assuming I still have extra slots left I might add a bit more. Always looking for ideas on assassins guild decor ideas
