Survey site runes vanished after disconnect

I'm posting here because, guess what? The support system that bnever worked efficiently now is even worse for those very specific cases. We have now a fancy assistant that orients on how to proceed with a ticket but prevents it to be created (screenshot saved as proof)!
Anyway... Today I received an Enchanter Survey Map for Rivenspire. Because I don't know the number, if any, it was near Lorkrata Hills. I arrive the place and as soon as I touched the first Protean Rune I lost my connection for 10 damn seconds and was booted to login screen. After logging back in I was, obviously, standing in the same spot, but ALL RUNES VANISHED because I didn't have the map for it with e anymore.
This game keeps impressing me when it comes to ridiculous behavior. Fine, people cheated Survey Maps before and now they disappear but for god's sakes remember to check if all of the nodes have been picked before deleting it from inventory!
I hope this don't take six months to solve like when IC Trophy Vaults vanished in past.
