Celestial armor mesh clipping with homestead update

Creating a thread in the bug section ( where it belongs) so you guys at ZOS can fix this with the new patch fix.
Essentially, this update screwed up the heavy belt, shrinking it and making it clip below the cuirass... I am attaching pictures so you guys can see how it looked like before (first pic) and how it looks now (second pic)
