ZOS pls extend the right system for housing

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom could you pls extend the right system for housing?

Here are a view points i would love to see:
I want to give people the permission to invite others into the house that are not on the regular visitor list, as long as they are not on my ban list.
I want to grant visitation rights to groups of people defined by their rank in a certain Guild.
There are more things i can't remember at the moment but i am sure other people have ideas/wishes as well.

Khajiit would like an 'allow all - unless specifically excluded' option.

How can khajiit run a tavern when she must pre-approve everyone who comes through the door yes? This sort of security is very expensive for the small business owner.
