I have decided to post on the forums as I have exhausted all other options starting with my first customer service ticket on the issues on September 18, 2015. I've played on and off since the PC release and continued on as a mostly solo player when I switched over to Xbox so it has been something I've learned to cope with somewhat, but it hampers my ability to participate in large scale pvp greatly.
I have done everything support asked of me, and even went to MS support for them to check things on there end, which got me a reference code to share with ZOS support. I get a small glimmer of hope when ZOS says they are working on something involving chat, but nothing so far has changed my situation.
Only my voice chat on the NA server is affected, while when testing the EU server's chat I had no problems at all. I've had my support tickets sent to the escalation team multiple times, but still no solution as it seems to be on the Zenimax side of things.
I'm tagging some of the people at ZOS as a final attempt to get my long-standing issue resolved.
