It appears the following happens:
- proc spectre eye using channeled focus.
- cast breath of life.
The resulting effect will be that your character will initiate the animation and gain the heal, but you will be unable to see any animations in the middle of the sequence.
I have been also able to produce this using force pulse. You can see the abilities beam, but the animation will not continue.
This makes it hard to block cancel the spell. It creates a delay in character response.
