Group Finder Issues

There seems to be issues with group finder, i am getting matched in normal mode of the same dungeon when queued in veteran mode, specially when ready check fails.
Then there seems to be an issue with replacement finding as i haven't got ANY replacements through finder since the last update.
Anyone else having these issues?
