leaving your house causes endless load screen

Any time I attempt to leave my free inn room OR any of the houses I have purchased, whether simply using the door, porting directly to a wayshrine or another player I get a loading screen that literally never ends. I've walked away for 15 minutes, come back, still load screen. I don't even crash or time out. The only workaround I've found so far is previewing ANOTHER house, then leaving via its door.

Also, the Imperial Jungle House, the carved strips on the wood floor, when you lay a rug down, they go OVER the carpet rather than underneath it. Please address this.
