Whenever casting Endless Hail (and other morphs too), its consuming a charge per 0.5 seconds, thus draining the full weapon in no time

I'm also getting this on my Maelstrom bow, every tick is proccing Thunderous Volley, which makes for cool sound effects but not-so-cool weapon charge. Only seems to happen when it's actually hitting something.

Are you getting extra damage though?

I was doing a World Boss fight on my Caster, using a Destro Staff. There were only 4 of us and two were L25 or so, so it was a protracted fight. But it almost completely drained a full charge. I know it was a full charge as I had charged the staff while waiting for people to show up. So, it could very well be an issue with all weapons, and not just certain bow skills. I did not use any DoTs on the Boss.

Can you have QA look into the possibility that enchant are proccing more often then they should and that charges are being used up much faster than before

As far as I could tell it was still increasing in dmg with each tick, so it doesn't seem like the enchant was resetting each time, which is good. But I could be wrong.
It's definitely easier to notice on the vMA bow because it plays the thunder sound clip every single time the enchant procs.
