Can a Shock Glyph proc Llambris via Templar Skills?

Pretty much as it says. I'm making a new character and I'm intending to run a fire destro on the front bar, so I can proc the fire meteors of Llambris, but if I run dual swords with shock on the main hand for my back bar, will it proc the lightening meteors when using aedric spear or dawns wrath skills?

Pretty sure glyphs only proc off weapon skills, light and heavy attacks, not class skills.

Balls, that's what I thought was likely based on similar threads about glyphs. Oh well, it'll still proc on the light attack weaves. Thanks for the help.
