Anyone else have an issue with getting master writs completed? I just got my first 2 master writs, completed the items requested and doesn't register on quests as being completed. I went from so excited to utter disappointment. I just wasted 20 gold items for nothing. This has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't think I will ever attempt master writs again.

    Have not had an issue. I suggest double checking to make sure the crafted items meets the requirements.

    Since you crafted legendary (gold) are you certain it didn't ask for epic (purple)?

    Yes it was a stupid mistake. I have never before hurled abuse at the game. As a matter of fact been playing since beta and never got into any of the forum battles. Hopefully you will never ever make a stupid mistake.

    Fair enough, he admitted his mistake but there are way too many posts here where people dont double check everything before saying they'll stop doing whatever it is or abuse ZOS for it

    Close this bs? BS is what we got on the plate yesterday. Seems you can't smell so you just went ahead and swallowed it without hesistation.

    Close this bs? Forums have to be flooded with this kind of posts. For some people game became totally broken yesterday. Like people who like to play in random dungeon runs. People who play with low end hardware. And many more.

    It would be helpful if the master writs used the same terms that we as players use regularly in game. No-one has ever asked me to craft something to Epic or Legendary level for them, I am usually asked to upgrade something to Purple or Gold. Those are terms that are more familiar to most of the playerbase.

    Sure, I know what the terms Epic/Legendary mean, but it's not blindingly obvious unless you've been playing and crafting for a while. It's likely to be confusing to anyone fairly new to it.

    Epona was a Romano-Celtic goddess dating back to around 1800 to 2000 years before computer games were invented.

    Epona I agree that would make it easier. I do know the difference and guess I had a duh moment. I always think epic as being highest.

    Confession here - I was testing stuff on PTS and ended up crafting the wrong glyph for an enchanting master writ - and did it wrong TWICE - it is not a mistake I would want to make on live, but it is very easily done.

    I have only got one so far I do all the writs, had no problem doing it seems like my problem might be getting them :(

    I have requested in the past that the quality be part of the item's title. That would eliminate the confusion and stop people asking for items by color.
