Bolt Escape (And Morphs) are bugged in PvP

Since the latest patch I have encountered situations were in streaking gets you stuck for 2-3 seconds in which you are only able to cast abilities but not move or dodge roll.

Now I still have to figure out what exactly is causing this problem, I will soon provide some ingame footage were it happens, I wanted to open this topic now for if other sorcerers have encountered this same problem and found the core reason to it!

As far as I know it has to do with 'streak can't find it's location' which is blocked because you are rooted/snared, streaking into objects or tight openings.

I think it might also have to do with some ground AoE's. While standing inside volley I couldn't streak through the tower door. Same goes for standard of might.

i'm sure this is a cause of a hot fix they did with it because of a glitch in maw.

Confirmed and easy to reproduce, while being in ic districts and trying to streak through one of those book staple obstacles. It will stun/immobilize the user for 2-3 seconds every single attempt without teleporting.

I've tried different stuff but it's so inconsistent. I seriously can't tell for sure what is causing it.
Anyway, you not only don't streak, you can't even use any abilities or so. Very gamebreaking.
