0 voucher reward for legendary clothing master writs

got my first master writs tonight, a clothing one that ask me to craft a legendary magnus piece and the reward say 0 vouchers, is this a bug? or am i being trolled by zos to sink my legendary mats for nothing?

Looks like the random master writ generator is as bugged as the regular RNG....
On the other hand you could try selling it for its novelty value, you never know what someone will pay for it

Strange thing I noticed: when the master writ is inside the coffer it says that the reward is 0. But when you take it from the coffer and put it to your inventory (don't accept the quest) you can see the real reward.

yeah ended up being a 67 voucher writ, it's kinda buggy
