DISCLAIMER: I did create this on the PTS with crownstore items, so please keep in mind there may be better / nicer crafted items to use

Hello,
So, I've been really conflicted between 3 houses. First one, Strident Springs Dimense - The views were breathtaking, but the inside of the house was far too small for the price imo. Second, Hundings Palatial - What an amazing property? Outside was gorgeous, balconies / bridge / guard tower / pool / beach; but I hated the views - boring poorly animated water with a stationary pirate ship hidden in creepy fog (Still, I think this property is the best for the price). Then finally Serenity Falls Estate - the best of everything! Great homey inside (not an open guild all / aka sitting areas everywhere), the beautiful waterfall, the beautiful outside - but no guard tower?! WHA?! 12.5k crowns and no freaking guard tower? Way too expensive without the views to go with it!
Well, I wanted to see if I could fix that. So, I made my own viewing area.
My criteria - I didn't want to use a ton of materials due to the item limit, I also didn't want it to lack in quality. Well, I THINK I may have somewhat hit the mark.
It's definitely not precise building (I did this at night XD), but I'd love to hear what you all think!
Also, if you all came up with your own viewing tower, please post screenshots! Let's make Serenity Falls truly worth that 12.5k crown tag!
If ya'll are interested, I can write a guide on how to recreate this as well as a list of the structures used
