I am trying to buy the eso Morrowind collecters edition upgrade on gamestop yet no option for pcs :(

It only gives options for consoles not pc. would a console code work for the pc version of the game or do I have to buy the pc version of the code? I bought the xbox one by mistake and am glad I caught onto it and canceled it. This does need to be fixed so I can get the expansion, its the only easy I can really get it. Since I don't have a credit card, and I would buy through steam but I am sure it requires steam version of game. Thus thats not an option for me. So gamestop needs pc version of it.

There is differant options one of them is an upgrade, here at gamestop right now there is an option for xbox and playstation to buy the update.

I do not want to buy the whole game again. I want the upgrade so I can get all the cool stuff even the emotes with it. But I don't want another copy of the game.

If you want the physical PC CE it's only one version. There isn't an upgrade

You're aware that GameStop operates in many countries around the world right? And that several of those countries just say "Please contact your local retailer to pre-order The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind." when you select them... Asking which country was a 100% valid question.

Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade: If you already own ESO, you can still obtain the in-game items described above in addition to the Discovery Pack and Morrowind itself by choosing this upgrade.
Thats what I want to do. There is an option for xbox and ps4 for this, but not pc on gamestop right now.

If you're doing any digital PC game (any version other than Steam), you should buy it from this site, not GameStop, not ebgames, etc.

PC options are:
1. Physical CE (game and expansion with goodies)
2. Digital CE (game and expansion without physical goodies)
3. Digital upgrade CE (Morrowind only with digital goodies only)
4. Digital Upgrade basic (Morrowind only)

yes, the digital collectors edition upgrade, without the need to rebuying the game option is what I want. It gives the option for gamestop for pc in the preorder section on the elder scrolls online website if your regions US.
But the problem is gamestop does not have any for the pc version. Only ps4 and xbox one. Heres an example of what it would look like execpt this is ps4. I want pc version of that.

You CANNOT buy the PC upgrade from anywhere (save Steam) other than THIS website. If you only want the upgrade, BUY DIRECTLY FROM ESO.

if this is the case, then they really do really need to make it aviable like the ps4 and xbox one are for gamestop. It needs to be through gamestop as well period for pc version of the upgrade I am sorry but not all of us have credit or debit cards. Pay safe is harder to get, and the easiest way is with game stop gift cards. I would buy through steam if they gave us the means to use steam for non steam version of game without having to buy another client. Or they could give an option to link eso to steam for like ten dollors then have full access to steam for crowns even though you don't have the steam version of the client you could make it a steam client for the purposes of using steam.

I am sorry, I did thought you could buy it with other sources. If not then thats something needs to be fixed. We do need to have the means of buying the expansion without having to buy a whole new game box. They need to have digital downloads for this, for gamestop for pc.

Edit: You're right. There are two $59.99 editions. The Collector's digital upgrade with no base game, and the standard edition Morrowind plus base game that nobody wants and is making this more confusing than it should be.

Another option would be to purchase a prepaid credit card, which is the same as purchasing vouchers.

Heres the thing, I still live with my folks even though I am twenty one. I don't have car insurance either so I am home 24 seven.I don't have a debit or credit card. And my folks would never go for it for using theirs. So basically I have to do it through other means, so no I don't have the means to use a bank account.

Steam and their own website are really the only digital providers they need to house the PC upgrade tbh, if you can't figure out a payment method between those two sources this sounds more like a "you" problem. It's easy enough to get prepaid cards or use PayPal if you don't want them to have your info on hand.

From what i saw the prepaid debit cards, require a bank account I think in order to use. I could maybe do it with paysafe but that would mean finding a location where they have that. I am not sure if they still do that where I live. I know flying Js was able to do it. But now I am not sure about that.

Think sole reason that PS & Xbox are available from the stores is that the digital coy still requires physical disks while pc can be downloaded (even if we would rather have it on disk due to some of the download speeds)

Would suggest maybe sending through a support ticket and see if there are any methods that they can advise you of that you might be able to use. Some people get a card purely for electronic shopping and only load it with the funds when needed. Might be an option. Your parents might be able to open one on your behalf and then can arrange transfers as and when you need them.

Tried to search on the support database but this one seems to have crashed the search so not sure if there is something already there.
