[HOMESTEAD] Sharing house with guild is broken

Hello, we have an issue with the house sharing in my guild.
We intend to use big estates (Mathiisen, Daggerfall castel) as roleplay guild houses. To do so, there is an option to set a whole guild as "visiteur" (I play with the French version so I'm not sure of the original term).
However this does not work at all. The game sends the error message "Impossible de trouver la guilde Coalition du triskélion." (something like "Unable to find the guild Coalition du triskélion"), even if we DO exist, and the guild name itself appears in the scroll menu when we type it.
Will this be fixed soon ?
P.S.
The way to rename our estate (like our pets and mounts) is fine, even if the max number of letters is low, but still... This name does not appear anywhere in game after setting it.
Anytime I (or people) enter the estate, it's still displayed as "Manoir de Mathiisen" ("Mathiisen Manor") on the loading screen and everywhere...
That seems bad for immersion I mean.

I would bet this is the problem. For a long time (and i am not rly sure if it is solved now) you could not whisper certain people for exactly this reason. The game said it could not find themCP 810+

Does this mean that some non-english guilds (with accent or apostrophe or even eszett) have no means to share guild houses ?
