Questions on Homestead
If I purchase a furnished home, is all of the furniture in that home bound to my account, or can i sell it to other players? (I ask because the value of furnished homes is much better than unfurnished, but I don't particularly love to decor of the home I want to buy, and the extra gold from selling that furniture could help me furnish my home in the style I would like to).
Is it possible to craft plants/trees, or is that something that must be purchased from NPCs or the Crown Store?
Is there a comprehensive list of which NPC merchants sell which items, or is that something I would have to run around to every zone and every city to find out? (In a similar line of thinking, is there a way to know what kind of furniture/decor a merchant will sell based on their city, location, or other indicators?)
What is the best way to find plans/schematics/blueprints/etc.? I have only found one in a desk in a bank, and it seems like there are hundreds, so collecting all of them would take a while. Unless I'm just looking in the wrong spot...

(side note, it seems to me at this point that furniture crafting is the poor man's way to get furniture. ZOS seems to want us to use the crown store to collect everything, and (super opinion time) that seems wrong to me. Let us play the game, don't make us pay the game)
