Thanks ZOS for gating an entire PvE/Contested DLC Zone behind Poplock!

You really thought this one through before closing down more Cyro instanced didn't you!

So now I'm left with 2 Poplocked Cyro campaigns, 1 AD dominated and 1 None of my characters can enter(<50).

I think it's high time we get a PvE-Only Instance of Cyro/IC.

While I don't want a PvE only Cyrodiil. I do sometimes wish that we could port Directly into IC in our Home Campaign.

@Mashille That would be nice, but it wouldn't solve the issue of the campaign instance being poplocked, unless it was made an entirely separate instance, in which case it would no longer be part of the Home Campaign.

The only way I would agree to a PvE only instance of IC and Cyrodiil is if they were made so that you can NOT earn AP points or rank or TV stones in them. Questing and general XP only

@Katahdin Taking away TV is just silly, there is nothing inherently PvP about them.

AP on the otherhand I agree with.
