3,151,000 Gold Missing

On February 5, 2017 at approximately 2:00 p.m. EST I deposited auction proceeds totaling slightly more than 3,151,000 gold into the Aesir-Vanir guild bank. My on-person gold balance went to zero and there was no increase in the guild bank balance. I checked every single guild I belong to, thinking that perhaps I deposited into the wrong guild. There was no deposit history for me for any guild for that day. My personal bank only had the 40,000+ gold I had deposited before the auction. I submitted a ticket, which too, has disappeared and does not appear in my ticket history, despite getting to the submission confirmation screen. Needless to say, my fellow guildies would like this money that we all worked so hard to raised returned ASAP.

report it in game, it's a known issue, they have a record of it on there end and will refund it. Submit feedback through the help / customer support option in game.

baratron✭✭✭✭✭This has happened twice in the past two months to people depositing into the UESP Guild Bank on PC-NA. Each time, Support have been able to sort it out within 48 hours.Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2200+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP

TruthSeeker✭✭✭Happened to me today. Different Guild and only 5000 gold, but still an annoying issue. I've raised a ticket.
I wondered if it was because I used the moneylender in Anvil Outlaws Refuge to deposit the 5000 gold, as I don't think other Outlaws Refuge moneylenders have access to Guild stores or banks?
