UI Resolution

Since new patch the UI resolution is connected with the ingame resolution, which wasn't the case before (it used to use the desktop resolution for UI)
I use a lower resolution to gain more FPS, but I really enjoyed high-quality user interface. Now the text (and there is a lot of text in this game!) is really hard to read.
Anyone experiencing the same? ZOS, pls make it work as it worked before!
