Anyone Else have their UserSettings be... ignored?

By that I mean on some settings I have to lower settings for FPS. Now since update, it seems that it is being ignored. In-game It's like I have ultra high textures, which... it's not supposed to be. It's not changing or anything.

Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

Set your file to read-only once you have your settings the way you want.
This used to happen a long while back with the camera setting, and until they fixed it, I just locked the file.0 -

I have been disconnected about once every 1 min and other weird errors. Taking my graphics adapter off of auto and onto 1gb full duplex gets me about 10min now,0 -
