This is not a complaining thread, more en enlightenment thread.

Im curious to learn how servers works, sinc both the NA and EU server went down at the same time, how come it takes longer to get EU server back up again?

is it due to they first fix NA, and then EU?, if so why take them both down at the same time

    If I was to hazard a guess, I would say something went awry and they had to start over.

    it happen last time as well, thats why im curious to know.

    it dont really bother me, I just watch vampire diaries :D (dont kill me pls for it)

    Because anything goes in zos servers... more even if it's EU server...

    It's like how some people install the patch and everything works fine, while the next person can't launch the game.

    They're physically different servers, in different parts of the world - so it's understandable one might be grouchy and one might not be.

    Well the server is in Germany, maybe the patch installation instructions got lost in translation...
