"Craft 20 Essence of Ravage Stamina with the following traits: Vitality, Increase Armor, and Ravage Stamina." I made 20 of them. The item is called "Essence of Ravage Stamina" and has the three traits. The quest does not update that they were created; it still sits at 0/20.
