1. Bind Breath of Life to 1.
2. Follow group pressing 1.
3. Curse to yourself about how stupid they are for standing in red.
4. Run out of Magicka for spamming BoL.
5. Take abuse from group for letting them die.
6. Find new group and repeat.

PvE wise it depends on content.
Skills you will need are: BoL,Repentance/Restoring Aura,Luminous Shards,Power of the Light (as debuff), Mystic/Healing Orbs,Combat Prayer,Healing Springs,Channeled Focus,Ritual of Retribution,War Horn.

Gearwise:5 Wormcult+5 Spell Power Cure or 5 Infallible Aether+5 Spell Power Cure. As for Weapon I suggest you to get Master Restoration Staff at least.
