I caught two DC players inside a keep while i was spawning in it (i teleported from the north ep gate directly to that keep) and it was not flagged or anything, Long story short they started jumping me at the wayshrine inside the keep "with the doors and walls still intact" and i killed them both... and my question is, is that cheating and how can i report that? And also i must add that the same person also threatened to spam revenge report me untill i get banned... is that legal? Anyway i got dvr footage of the whole thing to prove it. Should i be worried now of getting banned for reporting a cheater? Please help!

The thing was... i did not side capture it ot was not flagged at all! I loaded my game on to cyrodil and i teleported from the gate directly to the keep and also when i killed them i just got ap from the kills not for fliping the keep... it was never under atack, And correct me if im wrong if lets say i cap this keep and wipe everybody up and there is players hiding in it isnt rhe keep suppossed to stay flagged untill al threat is gone?0 -

You probably didnt understand what i mean(thanks to my typo. "your side", not "you side").
Keep is owned by DC. Your side/alliance attacks it. There are DC defenders inside. Your side/alliance caps the keep, but does not find two of the defenders because they stayed stealthed in some corner. Keep now belongs to your side/alliance, and is not under attack.
Now you load into cyrodiil, port to the keep, and find the two former defenders inside. All perfectly legit.0
