Missing Nirnroot

So it seems as if every time there's any kind of major update (Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood), ALL my stored Nirnroot goes missing. I'm on the EU server and I subscribe. I reported this a couple of times ago and was told "we do not restore deleted items." I explained that I had not deleted them - I had a couple hundred in the bank at last check, had done no major crafting sessions, and upon login had ZERO Nirnroot. The first time it happened I just shrugged it off. Went from guild store to guild store and replenished my stock via in-game gold. The second time, reported it and received the previously mentioned "sorry, not sorry" reply.

I'm posting this because with the upcoming Homestead patch being just around the corner, I'm anticipating another loss. Considering mailing it all to someone in my guild(s) and having them return-to-sender it after the update hits.

Has anyone else had this happen with Nirnroot (or any other crafting items)?

It happened to me.
I didn't care much cause I did like a very long crafting session, untill I realised that I haven't actually used any nrnoroot.

I just thought it was just me maybe not paying eough atention to what I had in my crafting bags, but this just happened 2 times and just with nirnroot.

At this point I think it's a bug

On a more serious note it didn't happen to me, but I will keep an eye on my Nirnroot from now on

Yeah, I'm certain it's a bug. It's minimal enough that I would imagine it's happened to lots of people. However, because they don't think about the stored alchemy ingredients tucked away in the crafting bag (out of sight, out of mind), they just didn't notice it (or anything else) was missing. Had I not gone directly into alchemy immediately after one of the aforementioned updates I may have not noticed it either.

It was more frustrating to have customer service tell me "We do not restore deleted items" (despite the fact that I didn't delete them) than it was to actually lose the nirnroot. I don't like it when anyone tries to "blame the victim," so to speak. I'm keeping a closer eye on it this time and hoping it doesn't happen with Homestead the way it did with One Tamriel and the previous DLCs.

I'm having the same problem with nirnroot. Everytime I log in my stock are at 0. I received 3 yesterday with the writ and are at 0 today again. I only use nirnroot for writs and have to buy now to complete the writs asking for 3 nirnroots. it's like this dince one or 2 weeks, can't tell exactly when it started but was more attentive about that since last Friday
