[Bug] NPC's Carrying Items - Small/Invisible

Hi there,
As of late I've noticed that A LOT of the NPC's are bugged, specifically the ones hauling items around. The items they're carrying are either invisible (with like a piece of the barrel showing to indicate they're carrying stuff) or extremely small and floating in the air like my screenshot shows.
Hopefully I'm not the only one this is happening to, and hoping that this gets patched, because it's incredibly off-putting and distracting.
