Cannot bash or break free in Gamepad mode

Using the Gamepad mode (BETA) on PC, there doesn't seem to be any way to bash or break-free. The diagram of the controls also does not show either of these options. [On console, it is LT (block) then RT for bash and LT+RT for break free.]

Hmm, I guess you can close this thread. I was able to bash on a different character using LT then RT. Functionality might be a bit flaky but good to know that it's possible.

Remember to press block and hold then press the other. Also make sure it didn't somehow become unbinded in your keyboard settings on that one character. Mine is set to LB and RB, RB is my block key, so I block, hold, and press LB and it bashes.

Thanks for the response @MissBizz. It was a binding issue. I had used a controller, before gamepad support was added to the game, and my old bindings were screwing it up. Hit reset and it works fine now.
