Login Freezes After Pressing "Login"

Hello,
I have been having an issue where the game freezes after pressing the Login button. I will enter my credentials, press the button, and then the button will remain in a highlighted state. Everything else is frozen (cannot select server, quit, etc). I am attaching a screenshot for reference.
Is there any solution to this? Advice would be greatly appreciated.
