Hireling Mail Message Repeats

Hi, I am on the Xbox NA server and for the last about three weeks the hireling mail for the blacksmith, clothing and woodworking hirelings. The items received are still random so no issue there. I am at 3 skill points each, which is the 2 mails per day. I have done the recommended actions from the emails from the help desk and they told me to post here next. am including snapshots of the messages that repeat.
