Is there enough skill points to upgrade everything? On console

Hmm, I don't remember for certain, but I'm pretty sure there enough obtainable skill points to get most things, if not everything, yes. Although I don't really see why anyone would want enough points to max out all skill/ability lines on a character, that just sounds like a big cluster f--- of abilities.

Beware the battle cattle, but don't *fear* the battle cattle!

You see, the thing is u don't have to. I think you have total of 368 skill points if i remember correctly. And with my calculation, you can have all the passives and at least 2 sets of morphed non-repeated skills (one set means 2 bars, 24 skill points.)

And not to mention there are many useless passives (keen eyes, vampire feed give stun etc)

You can definitely get enough skill points to max a good amount of skill lines. You can't max everything and you don't need to. Obviously a stamina DK isn't gonna use any points in the destruction or restoration staff skill lines for example.

All class skills and passive, all crafting passives, two weapon skill lines, most of the other guild stuff. Basically everything you'd actually use.

Edit: Not just from skyshards though, all sources, like main quests, delves, dungeons, etc

And if you are a master of saving skill points and money, you can have all the useful passives unlocked, three/four sets of unmorphed active skills… and only morph one set of them cause you only need one at one moment. Then respec morphed skill only when u want to switch role

I don't have all skyshards but I have most in vanilla ESO not dlc

I have all class skills and morphs
    Two weapons and morphs
    All crafting and morphs
    4 guilds
    1 armor

I still have a lot more skill points to gain but there are over 300. I'm around 275-280

This and if you keep one character as crafter you have an far easier time for alts.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

If you try upgrading -everything- you may get in trouble.

But there are enough skill poiints to do a LOT. My main has all class skills, two weapon lines, one armor line, soul magic, three guilds, two crafts and still 40-odd skill points left for the future. And there are at least a dozend or two of skill points I haven't gotten yet, from groupy stuff like dungeons and trials I cannot solo, and a good deal of the PvP ranks...

So, I'd say unless you want to master -every- weapon, armor and craft... you should be fine.
    ;)
