It is rare and I do use addons. So not sure about it. But once in a while when I log into a character and go to use the bank I cannot deposit or withdrawal using the key. But I can still mouse click to deposit/withdrawal so not that big of deal.

I still get this often after playing a character for a while when I go to the bank suddenly the "E" stops working so I cannot use it to deposit or withdraw. I think it is some kind of lagg where my character has not finished out of whatever it was doing last and it is carrying script on itself. Logging out and back is almost always resolves the issue. Do not consider this a major bug so not worried about it anymore.
