    yeah, their support has got to be one of the worst I've seen in an MMO. I've been waiting 4 days to sort my issue out now. one of my tickets just disappeared lol.

    Yes, customer support is a joke. You can get results, but only if you keep replying to their emails, which of course means days to weeks before you get an answer that resembles help. Pathetic.

    Don't open a new ticket. You have to keep replying to the old one so the system can't close the ticket. Sooner or later, an actual person will look at your ticket to see why it hasn't been closed yet.

    Once you get a person on the line, they'll usually sort you out pretty quickly, but it takes a while to get their attention.

    But the customer shouldn't have to be chasing the jobs and if someone is not happy with the speed a ticket is going it should be easy for the customer to go elsewhere, forums or social media to elevate it but both seem just as unresponsive.

    I wrote them about an issue I had been having to inform them that the problem was on my end and was now resolved.
    The answer I got was "try running the game consultant" ^^
    I hope to the eight that I will never have any actual issues with the game...
