Can't Start Vampire quest line after being infected

Hi,
Recently there was a sale on Vamp/WW from the crown store, so I bought it for my highest char - Lyre Devon (NB High Elf, Dominion, champ 232+).
I must say that I wouldn't have done it right then if I knew that it will be immediately implemented (I was sure it will have an activation needed since it's from the CS, and it would be better if the CS had a warning about it).
So, I got Vampirism but I can't start the quest line. I was in Belkarth in Craglorn at the time.
Went to Reaper's March and found the vamp shrine - nothing. looked in guides and according to one YouTube there should have been a scroll on the shrine - it's not there. Also, no vampire NPC contacted me near any way shrine - either in the March or in Belkarth.

I found no other thread on this subject and I'm playing on the European megaserver with my Win 10 PC.

When you buy from the crown store, you automatically have it, no quest needed. only a player or NPC bite requires quest completion.
"Such is the nature of evil. Out there in the vast ignorance of the world, it festers and spreads. A shadow that grows in the dark. A sleepless malice as black as the oncoming wall of night. So it ever was, so will it always be. In time all foul things come forth." -Thranduil

aren't there supposed to be some daily quests as well?

No quests - losing on all the extra fun and lore from that - wish it will change.

Anyway, Thanks - nice knowing it isn't broken
