vMA inferno staff

Second time completing vMA and the chest drops a powered inferno staff. Should I switch it with my regular sharpened inferno staff and make up the penetration with CPs? I won't lose any set bonuses because I run 5x bsw 2x ilambris 3x willpower jewels. My staff isnt contributing to any sets atm.

✭✭✭✭No. A sharpened non set staff with a spell damage enchant will out dps a VMA staff that is not sharpened.7
