Combat Tips

There has been an issue since launch where Synergy's override any combat tips available on screen. In most situations in game, they are not really needed.
On PC this isn't an issue as you can move the notifications using addons, or alternatively there are plenty of other addons (Raid notifications etc) that help PC users to get notifications of some of the most important stuff.
Is it possible for these combat tips to be placed slightly above Synergy's, so that we can still see these combat tips at the same time as Synergies being on screen?
Particularly on fights in vMoL where people are stacking in a lot of AoE (Console doesn't really cope well with the FPS issues) it can be difficult for some people to see the Unstable Void around their feet.
