Werewolf bite another player

This has probably already been discussed but I'm doing it anyway. I bit another player who has not been bit before at the shrine in Bangkorai, now I seen them fall down with blood all over them and it clearly said I had bit another player. Now they don't have the Sanine thing under their active effects and I have been trying to help them out to complete their werewolf form. They cannot see Thoreki and I believe this person should reload eso to see if it has fixed itself. I will comment/edit discussion once they have tried reloading eso again. Any other comments that will be helpful?
