PTS crashes while patching

Alright so, I spent the better part of the last 3 hrs googling and testing possible fixes for this, but to no avail.
If I launch my launcher, it begins downloading the newest PTS patch. I already had it installed and everything was fully functional up until 2.7.4 patch went up. After that, any time I start my launcher, the PTS begins downloading and stops then crashes as soon as I hit 10%.
I've tried repairing vcredist files, repairing PTS aswell as reinstalling PTS but everything returns the same crash report - the standard "Zenimax Crash Reporter" and if I want to send a crash report to the dev team.
Does anyone potentially have a fix or will I just have to wait to do my testing until the patch goes live?

I realize it's been alittle while since 2.7.4 went up and that there's very few days until Homestead actually goes Live, however this is more so I have a referencepoint should it happen again.
