[Quest Bug] Daily Black Sacrament Quest Not Registering Blade of Woe kills.

So I turned in a "Help" ticket in-game, but the text box wouldn't allow me to properly describe what is happening here, so I'm not sure that the issue is going to get across to the team in charge of investigating these issues.
I play on Xbox One, NA Megaserver. Time was between 10:30 - 11 pm US CST
I run the Daily Black Sacrament Quests on:
Lord Finwe (Dunmer Sorcerer)
Lord Vasias (Dunmer Templar Vampire)
Lady Varda Nyx (Dunmer Templar Vampire)
So I was doing a Black Sacrament Quest on Tuesday the 31st.
I went through the Sacrament fine, not being spotted at all (as I can usually do), and after taking care of the secondary bonus objective (killing that Imperial Andrano), I was hunting my main Sacrament target (Brunka in the cave location, not Smuggler's Cove). I successfully stealthed my way behind her. I hit the normal "Y + B" to initiate the Blade of Woe kill (as per the Quest objective), and the BoW kill animation went off as it should.
But there's the issue.
While the kill animation went off flawlessly, the Quest objective never registered that I killed her with the Blade of Woe. She died, and the escape timer started its countdown, but the Quest objectives still said "Kill Brunka with the Blade of Woe", which I did. I watched the animation go off not seconds before...
But the timer was still counting down, so I made my escape. But the Quest not registering my BoW kill caused me to fail a main part of my objective, causing me to get a lower tier reward than I should have received, because I did indeed kill her with the Blade of Woe.
I've noticed this bug before, but it's starting to become more prolific/frequent. Generally, this bug hits me about once per week on each of the three characters that I use to run the Black Sacrament quests every single day, so that's a minimum of three times per week.
@ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_RichLambert @ZOS_GinaBruno Could we please look into this? I'm already frustrated that the DB reward satchels for the Daily Sacrament quests has seemed to have dried up as far as DB Motif pages go, I have received two (2) pages in just as many weeks, and I run the Sacraments three times every day... but please check into this bug. I have a hard enough time getting Motif Pages from RNGsus, I don't need arbitrary objective failure bugs lowering my chances any farther...
